BREAST LIFT SURGERY
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 17

This 54-year-old patient presented to Dr. Agha for correction of breast asymmetry and a breast lift.  The patient did not want to have breast implants but wanted to correct her severe breast sagging.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had grade 3 breast ptosis. Her left breast was larger and more deflated than the right and hung lower on her chest. She was about a D cup but wished to be slightly smaller.

To lift the patient’s breasts and create a round breast shape without using implants, Dr. Agha performed an internal Internal Dermal-Bra Breast Lift– an innovative breast procedure that he pioneered with Dr. Rubin. He began the surgery by making an anchor-type incision on each breast. Through this incision, he reshaped the patient’s existing breast fat and tissue. The tissue was molded and sutured to itself to create a breast mound. The breast mound, supported by its dermal bra (internal bra), was then sutured to the chest muscle at a higher position.

After the patient’s Internal Bra Breast Lift, her breasts sat nicely on her chest and were supported by her natural internal bra. The patient’s Internal Bra Breast Lift after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure.
