1. Sponsorship and Eligibility
This contest is sponsored by Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; however, the contest is void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of The Aesthetic Centers, its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. This contest is in no way endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Facebook.
2. Qualification Period
The qualification period for Contest Prize begins at 03/072023 and ends 06/30/2023 until 11:59 PT.
3. Entry Procedures
To enter the contest, entrant must be a member of Instagram with a public profile and must “follow” the account @drsiamakagha.topplasticsurgeon. Throughout the qualification period, @drsiamakagha.topplasticsurgeon will post contest photos and videos on Instagram. Entrants are required to upload a video to their public Instagram account with their personal story, entrants are allowed ONE ENTRY, entrants shall like the contest post on Instagram page, “tag” at least three (3) friends in their comment(s), one nominee and share the contest video to their story. No mechanically generated entries accepted.
4. Duties of Participants; Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers, and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers, that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.
5. Violation of Contest Rules
Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or the Instagram Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
6. Selection of Winner; Chances of Winning
Winner will be selected within twenty (20) days of the end of the qualification period according to the assessment of the complexity level of their case by Dr. Siamak Agha.
7. Description of Prizes
Winner will receive one (1) cosmetic procedure, based on consultation with Dr. Siamak Agha at Plastic Surgery Body Contouring Center and Newport Surgical Arts at The Aesthetic Centers. Both the consultation and the procedure will be performed at The Aesthetic Centers 3701 Birch Street Suite 200 Newport Beach, CA 92660. Winner is responsible for her/her travel expenses to and from California. If the winner is medically deemed a candidate for the treatment and completes all requested legal and medical consent documentation, surgery will be provided. Results are not guaranteed.
8. Notification of Winner; Substitution of Prizes
The winner will be announced publically via Instagram account @drsiamakagha.topplasticsurgeon. Dr. Siamak Agha and The Aesthetic Centers will attempt to respond to the winner via direct message on Instagram up to three times. If the winner does not respond within three days of its transmission, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner may not substitute or transfer prizes.
