Brazilian Butt Lift

This 43-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Buttock Augmentation. The patient desired overall fullness and an enhanced projection of her buttocks. Upon examination, the patient had ample fat in her abdominal and back regions to have a Brazilian Butt Lift.  The patient also had a boxy buttocks shape.  Dr. Agha determined that she would benefit from 3D Body Contouring.

During a 4 hours surgery, Dr. Agha performed Liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, love handles, upper and lower back, arms, and inner thighs. Dr. Agha suctioned over 3,000 cc of fat via low-pressure Liposuction. By targeting these areas for fat removal, he contoured the patient’s body and created the ideal hourglass shape. He transformed the rounded appearance of her abdomen and created a flatter, more toned abdominal area. He was also able to smooth the rolls on the patient’s back, and take in the excess width on the patient’s love handles.

Next, about 330 cc of the extracted fat was then transferred into each of the patient’s buttocks, creating a significant increase in their fullness and projection. Since the patient desired a natural looking Buttock Augmentation, Dr. Agha injected all the processed fat into the patient’s buttocks, while still retaining a natural shape and look. He also expertly placed her Liposuction incisions so that they would be discreet and easily covered. The Lipoaugmentation on her backside was performed through an incision on the patient’s upper back, and one between her buttock cheeks. This way, her small scars could be easily hidden under a bra and underwear. The patient’s Buttock Enhancement before and after photos were taken six months after her procedure, and she was extremely happy with the shape and fullness of her new buttocks.
