Brazilian Butt Lift

This patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Brazilian Butt Lift. The patient was unhappy with the excess fat in her love handles, the lack of fullness in her buttocks, and the prominence of her banana rolls. To address the patient’ concerns, Dr. Agha performed a Buttock Fat Transfer.

While the patient was already slim, Dr. Agha utilized Liposuction to refine the contours of her body and create a smooth line from her ribcage down to her hip. By removing the fullness in the patient’s back, love handles, and flanks, Dr. Agha was able to remove the lumps and bumps that disrupted the patient’s figure.

Then, Dr. Agha performed a Buttocks Fat Transfer, placing 400 cc of fat into each of the patient’s buttocks. He expertly placed the patient’s fat to fill out her banana rolls and remove all the creases on her lower buttock cheeks. He also added substantial fullness to the patient’s buttocks, and created a very round and voluptuous shape. Increasing the size of her buttocks made her slim waist appear even smaller, and created a beautiful hourglass shape with definition at the waist, curving out to a full, round backside. The patient’s Buttock Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure and she loved her new curvaceous figure.
