Brazilian Butt Lift

This 26 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a 3D body contouring and Brazilian Butt Lift. The patient desired overall fullness in her buttocks and a more hourglass shape. Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that she had excess fat throughout her abdomen, flanks, waist, inner thighs, and lower back. She also had V-shape buttocks.

To fill out and lift her buttocks, Dr. Agha performed Buttock Lipoaugmentation using Liposuctioned fat from her abdomen, flanks and love handles, back, inner thighs, sacrum, and saddlebags. Dr. Agha extracted 2,000 cc of fat from the patient’s back and love handles, removing the bulging and fullness in her back and sides. He performed High Definition Lipo-Sculpture along the patient’s back, refining the shape of her back and revealing her back muscles. He then removed 2,300 cc of fat from her abdomen and flanks, creating a very small waistline. Dr. Agha also used Lipo-Sculpture along the patient’s front, emphasizing her abdominal muscles and creating a 3-D toned and sculpted abdominal area. Finally, 150 cc of fat were removed from each inner thigh, and 100 cc of fat were removed from each outer thigh. This slimmed her thighs, giving her nice, toned legs with a desirable thigh gap. The fat from these areas was then cleaned and processed.

Then, 660 cc of fat were carefully placed in the patient’s buttocks. Her final buttocks were extremely perky and round, while also looking completely natural. Her new buttocks flattered her small frame and accentuated her thin waist. She was left with a toned, hourglass body.

By planning a 360 Degree Body Contouring, the patient’s whole body in front and back was Liposuctioned and defined. The addition of the fat to enhance her buttocks and create projection completed her 3D enhancement. The patient’s Buttock Augmentation before and after photos were taking 6 months after her procedure, and she was in love with her new shape. She looked petite, feminine, and fit, and could not have been happier with her results.
