This patient presented to Dr. Agha for a Buttock Augmentation Revision. The patient had previously had buttock implants and multiple other procedures performed by another surgeon. However, she was unhappy with the shape of her buttocks. Her buttocks were very large, but flat on the lower half, creating an unflattering shape. She also had cellulite and skin dimpling on the lower half of her buttock cheeks.
On examination, the patient was found to have buttock implants that were placed too high on her buttocks.
To maintain the patient’s large buttock size but improve its shape and texture, Dr. Agha removed her buttock implants and performed Buttock Lipoaugmentation. He performed liposuction on her inner thighs, flanks, and abdomen and back, removing 2,000 cc of excess fat. Dr. Agha then expertly placed processed fat into the patient’s buttocks centrally to round out its uneven shape. He also filled out the dimpling in the patient’s lower buttocks, creating a smoother, more supple appearance.
The patient was able to maintain the large buttocks that she desired via Buttock Fat Transfer. She was also finally able to achieve the round, sensuous shape that she aimed for. The patient’s Buttock Lipoagumentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure, and the patient was very happy with her results.
