Buttock Implants
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 3

This 41 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha desiring a Buttock Augmentation with implants. The patient was unhappy with the flatness of her buttock and its lack of shape. The patient wanted a fuller, rounder buttocks, but did not have enough fat to achieve her desired results.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient’s buttocks lacked projection and fullness, and she would benefit from her requested procedure.

During her surgery, Dr. Agha made a single incision within her buttock crack where the incision would not be seen.  This is Dr. Agha’s preferred technique as opposed to the 2-incision approach.  Through the incision, he created a precise pocket on each side for the implants between the patient’s skin and gluteal muscle. Then, a 276 cc solid silicone buttock implant was placed into each pocket. The buttock implants gave the patient the rounded, perky butt that she was looking for, and filled out the creases and folds in her lower buttock.

Having a larger, more lifted buttocks also gave the patient’s body a more proportionate look. The patient’s Buttock Enhancement before and after photos were taken 6 months after her surgery, and she was very happy with her surgical results.
