Brazilian Butt Lift

This 42-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Brazilian Butt Lift and Liposuction. The patient was unhappy with the fullness of her abdomen and flanks. She desired a rounded buttock profile.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that her buttocks lacked lower butt projection and were asymmetrical, with her left buttock cheek sitting higher than her right. The left buttock cheek was also smaller than the right one.  He also noted that the patient had excess fat and fullness throughout her back and abdomen, and determined that the patient would benefit from 3D Body Contouring.

To address the patient’s concerns, Dr. Agha performed liposuction on the patient’s abdomen, flanks, love handles, upper and lower back, and sacrum- removing 3,700 cc of fat from these areas. After cleaning and processing the fat, he then transferred about 600 cc of fat into each buttock cheek. Dr. Agha precisely targeted the fat to fill out the lower buttocks, and added fullness to the left buttock cheek to correct for its asymmetry.  The buttock was also made fuller, and given a round and lifted shape.
