Brazilian Butt Lift

This 40 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Liposuction and a Buttock Enhancement. The patient was self conscious about the excess fat in her abdomen and back, and was unhappy with the shape of her buttocks. Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that her buttocks were boxy, and slightly V-shaped, and she had considerable fullness in her flanks.
To address the patient’s issues, Dr. Agha performed Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, and love handles, as well as a Buttock Fat Transfer. The patient’s already small frame was dramatically improved through fat transfer. Using Liposuction, Dr. Agha was able to remove about 1,400 cc of fat and fluid from her abdomen and flanks. Her waist, which was previously one of her widest areas, became incredibly slim, with a beautiful curve flowing from her bust to hip. Her lower back also saw incredible improvements. Dr. Agha removed about 1,800 cc of fat and fluid from her love handles and mid and lower back. This changed the patient’s entire silhouette from the back view, creating a lovely hourglass shape.
Dr. Agha then transferred 400 cc of cleaned and processed fat cells into each buttock. By transferring the patient’s excess fat to her buttocks, the patient’s backside became more shapely and lifted. He made the upper buttocks much more full, rounding out the curve of her buttocks and accentuating her new slim waist. Through fat transfer, the patient’s entire figure was adjusted, drawing her in at the waist, and curving out into a beautiful, subtly lifted buttocks. The patient’s Buttock Lipoaugmentation before and after photos were taken at 6 months, and she was incredibly happy with her results.
