Brazilian Butt Lift

This 49 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Buttock Augmentation. The patient was self conscious about the lack of fullness in her buttocks and the protrusion of fat on her lower back. Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient’s buttocks were flat, and though her buttock cheeks had a round shape, the fullness in her lower back disturbed her figure and made her buttocks appear even smaller. To achieve her desired buttock shape, the patient specifically requested buttock implants.
In surgery, Dr. Agha began by carefully inserting the buttocks implants through one incision between the buttock cheeks. He then performed Liposuction on the areas of the patient’s body with excess fullness. Starting with the legs, Dr. Agha removed 200 cc of fat from the patient’s inner thighs. By decreasing the size of the legs, the patient’s new buttocks would appear larger and more defined. Dr. Agha then performed Liposuction on the patient’s abdomen and waist, removing 1,200 cc of fat. The patient’s waist was already much slimmer than the rest of her body, but removing the remaining excess fat removed the rolls that were unflattering to the patient’s shape. Finally, Dr. Agha removed 1,700 cc of fat from the patient’s upper and lower back and flanks. This process made the most dramatic difference to the patient’s figure, as her lower back and flanks were previously the widest part of her body, and created a very unflattering appearance, making her waist look larger and her buttocks look smaller.
Dr. Agha then performed a Buttock Fat Transfer, adding fullness to the patient’s lower buttock, and rounding out its overall shape. Dr. Agha carefully placed 400 cc of cleaned and processed fat cells bellow the patients buttock implants to add more, natural looking fullness. The buttock fat transfer, in addition to the buttock implants, created a larger, curvier, and more lifted backside. Finally, Dr. Agha carefully and diffusely added 100 cc of fat over the lower edge of the implants on each side, to seamlessly blend the implant with the patient’s body.
Her new buttocks were full and shapely, and protruded nicely from the side view. Her new butt was complimented by the body contouring Dr. Agha performed through Liposuction. By removing the excess fat in the patient’s back, waist, and thighs, Dr. Agha was able to create a lovely curve from the patient’s bust to hips, accentuating her slimmer waist and fuller behind. The resulting figure had a much more elegant and streamlined hourglass shape. The patient’s Buttock Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure, and she was in love with her results.
