You are looking at a 4 week result of a plus size tummy tuck on a 40-year-old female from out-of-state before she returned home.  Although the patient has not healed 100% and still has substantial swelling, you can appreciate the immense change that has been achieved and the quality of her surgery. 

After losing over 100 pounds of weight, the patient had a moderate degree of rectus diastasis (separation of her abdominal muscles) as well as significant amount of hanging abdominal tissue.  Her pubic area was also sagging.
