Plus Size Extended Tummy Tuck with Monsplasty and Waist Liposuction

his patient in her forties wished to undergo a plus size tummy tuck. On examination, the patient was noted to have significant separation of her abdominal muscles well as a large abdominal pannus.
During a 4-hour surgery, the patient underwent a plus size tummy tuck with monsplasty as well as liposuction.
Patient’s plus size tummy tuck post-op photos were taken at 12 months after her surgery. The patient was super happy with her amazing results.
