BREAST AUGMENTATION
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 46

This 36 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation. The patient desired larger, fuller breasts. She was a cup size B but wanted to be a size D. Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient’s breasts were symmetrical in terms of size, but not shape. Her right breast was more projected than the left. Also, the patient’s breasts sat low on her chest. 

To achieve the patient’s desired results, Dr. Agha performed a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. The patient chose to have a mammary crease incision. A breast pocket was then created in each breast under her muscle where her implants would be placed. The breast pockets and implants were then washed with triple antibiotic solution. The patient chose 450 cc breast implants to achieve her desired breast size. After her implants were inserted, the patient was sat up to ensure that her breasts were symmetrical. 

The patient’s Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure and she was extremely happy with her results.
