BREAST AUGMENTATION
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 47

This 24 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation procedure. The patient was a cup size A and wished to be a full C or a small D. Upon examination Dr. Agha found that the patient’s breasts were asymmetrical, with her right breast being about 30 to 40 ccs larger than her left breast. Her right nipple areola was also 1cm lower than the left side. 

The patient wished to have saline implants and chose her selected size in office using a Mentor Breast Implant sizing system.  

The procedure was started by first making mammary fold incisions and creating a submuscular pocket for each implant. Empty Saline implants were then inserted and filled up with sterile saline.  To adjust for the patient’s breast asymmetry, her left implant was filled to 450 ccs and her right implant was filled to 420 ccs using sterile saline.

After the patient’s Breast Enlargement surgery, her breasts were much more round, full, and symmetrical in size and shape. The patient’s Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 4 months after her procedure and she was incredibly happy with her results.
