She desired multiple body contouring procedures to enhance her buttocks, abdomen, and thighs. Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had very high thigh skin laxity, saddlebags and thigh fullness. She also had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity, along with buttock dimples.
