TUMMY TUCK
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 14
In her early fifties, this patient came to Plastic Surgery Body Contouring Center searching for Dr. Agha’s help. She desired multiple body contouring procedures to enhance her buttocks, abdomen, and thighs. Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had very high thigh skin laxity, saddlebags and thigh fullness. She also had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity, along with buttock dimples. The patient wished for limited incisions and therefore did not want a buttock lift to improve her buttock contour. She underwent saddlebags and thigh liposuction, outer thigh lift, a tummy tuck, and fat transfer to her buttock dimples. Her post-operative photos were taken approximately 9 months after her thigh liposuction, tummy tuck, thigh lift, and fat transfer to her buttocks..
Her procedure was considered a Lipoabdominoplasty. A Lipoabdominoplasty combines liposuction with an abdominoplasty (or tummy tuck); this is why it is called a tummy tuck liposuction. This procedure involves the use of liposuction to sculpt the upper abdomen and flanks, while also removing excess skin and fat to leave a tight and toned looking abdomen.
