MOMMY MAKEOVER
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 25

This 43-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a 360-degree Mommy Makeover. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal and back rolls and lack of waist concavity. She was also unhappy with the sagging and deflation of her breasts.  

The patient wished to have a Breast Augmentation with 350 cc silicone implants, entire back and flank Liposuction, as well as an Extended Tummy Tuck to remove both abdominal and waist skin.  The patient did not want a Breast Lift to avoid breast incisions.

Dr. Agha began her procedures by performing Liposuction on the patient’s upper back, midback, lower back, and flanks, removing 1,200 cc of fat from these areas. This improved the patient contours and created a more flattering appearance to her backside. To address the patient’s breasts, 350 cc smooth, silicone implants were placed under the chest muscles and through inframammary fold incisions. The breast implants added fullness to the breasts and decreased their sagging appearance. The patient’s abdominal area was addressed by performing a low-cut Abdominoplasty. An incision was made across the patient’s lower abdomen, about an inch or two lower than the typical Abdominoplasty incision, so that it would be easily covered by underwear or a bikini. The patient’s abdominal muscles were tightened, and the excess abdominal fat, tissue, and skin were removed.

The patient’s Mommy Makeover before and after pictures were taken a month after her procedure, and she had a much smoother, toned appearance to her body.
