BREAST LIFT SURGERY

Having lost over 100 pounds of weight, this 41 year old mother  wished to have a breast lift surgery.  The patient desired a natural looking breast with no implants and sought Dr. Agha for his expertise and pioneering Internal Bra surgery.  The patient had significant sagging of her breasts, known as grade 3 breast ptosis.  During a 4 1/2 hour surgery, Dr. Agha performed his signature internal dermal bra breast lift surgery.  Patient’s post-operative photos were taken 6 months after her breast lift.
