This 62 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Liposuction, a Buttock Augmentation, and a Tummy Tuck. The patient was unhappy with the protrusion of her midsection and back, the lack of fullness and shape in her buttocks, and her overall lack of an hourglass figure.

To reshape and contour the patient’s physique, Dr. Agha performed Liposuction on her love handles, lower back, upper back, and sacrum. A total of 1600 cc of fat was extracted from her upper and lower back. This dramatically changed the shape of her body from the back view, creating a smooth slope down her back to her buttocks. Then, 500 cc of fat was suctioned from her waist, creating a more hourglass shape to her body. Finally, 350 cc of the extracted fat was expertly placed into her buttocks to add fullness and create a rounded shape. The patient also received a Tummy Tuck to flatten her abdomen and tighten the excess skin and fat.

Performing 3-D body contouring on her waist, abdomen, and back accentuated her new buttock shape, creating the patient’s desired hourglass figure. The patient’s Buttock Enhancement before and after photos were taken 6 months after surgery, and the patient was extremely happy with the results of her body contouring.
