Brazilian Butt Lift

This patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Brazilian Butt Lift, Liposuction, and a Breast Revision. The patient was unhappy with lack of shape and projection of her buttocks. To address the patient’s concerns, Dr. Agha performed Liposuction on the patient’s flanks and back, and then performed a fat transfer to the patient’s buttocks.

For all of his Buttock Lipoaugmentations, Dr. Agha utilizes a very gentle Liposuction technique, which ensures that as many fat cells as possible survive. When Dr. Agha Liposuctions fat, he is removing living, viable cells. These cells are isolated and then injected into other fat cells. Dr. Agha only ever injects fat into other fat, as injecting fat into muscle tissue can be very dangerous. By using this technique and treating the cells with care, Dr. Agha is able to achieve an 80% survival rate for the fat cells. With Dr. Agha, care is taken to ensure the fat cells thrive in their new environment, ensuring lasting, beautiful results.

For this patient, Dr. Agha extracted 3,300 cc of fat from her upper, mid, lower back, and love-handles. He then injected 600 cc of cleaned and viable fat cells into each of her buttock cheeks. Her resulting buttock cheeks were more voluptuous and more flattering on her body. This patient’s Brazilian Butt Lift before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure, and she was extremely happy with the result.
