Brazilian Butt Lift

This 32 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Brazilian Butt Lift and Liposuction. The patient was unhappy with the roundness of her stomach and the extra fat around her back and hips. Although the patient had a nice shape to her buttocks, she lacked fullness and projection. Dr. Agha performed Liposuction on the patient’s abdomen, flanks, love handles, upper and lower back, sacrum, and arms.
First, Dr. Agha extracted 3,000 cc of fat from the patient’s abdomen and flanks. By removing the fullness in the patient’s abdominal area, Dr. Agha was able to completely change the patient’s front and side profile. Before, the patient’s abdomen was more projected than her buttocks. In proportion to the rest of her body, the patient’s buttocks looked small and flat. However, after receiving Liposuction, the patient’s stomach was much flatter, and against her new toned shape, her buttocks looked much more full and shapely. Then, Dr. Agha suctioned 2,200 cc of fat from her back and flanks, removing the fat rolls along her back and creating a smooth appearance to the skin. Dr. Agha performed 3D Body Contouring to accentuate the muscle definition in her back.
Then, 620 cc of cleaned and processed fat was carefully placed into each of her buttock cheeks. As the patient desired much fuller and voluptuous buttocks, Dr. Agha performed a significant amount of fat transfer. Her new buttocks were much larger and more shapely, and stood out against her slimmer waist, abdomen, and back. Dr. Agha’s body contouring techniques refined the patient’s whole silhouette. The patient’s Brazilian Butt Lift before and after photos were taken 8 months after her procedure, and the patient was extremely happy with her knew hourglass shape.
