Brazilian Butt Lift

This 58 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha feeling unhappy with the flatness of her backside and the sagging of her lower buttocks. She desired a very minor Buttock Augmentation that would add a subtle amount of fullness to her buttocks and create a rounder shape.
On examination, the patient was found to have a boxy buttock shape. The patient’s butt also lacked lower and outer buttock fullness. The outer buttock regions were mildly depressed relative to the rest of her buttocks. Also, the lower buttocks were flat compared to the fuller upper buttocks. Essentially, her buttocks lacked a round curvature from top to bottom and from mid to outer coordinates.
The patient mainly desired correction of her buttocks shape and roundness, rather than size. To address the patient’s concerns, Dr. Agha performed liposuction of her entire back and flanks with fat transfer to the buttocks for reshaping purposes. Dr. Agha transferred the liposuctioned and processed fat into her lower and outer buttock cheeks to fill these areas uniformly with other regions of the buttock cheeks.
Adding fullness to the lower buttocks decreased the sagging skin, giving the patient a more lifted, younger looking backside. Also, adding fat to the outer buttock depressions made her buttocks look rounder.
By removing the excess fat in the back, and hips, Dr. Agha sculpted the patient’s figure and emphasized the effects of her buttocks reshaping and enhancement.
The patient’s Buttock Fat Transfer before and after photos were taken 5 months post op, and the patient was extremely happy with the improvements in the shape of her buttocks.
