MALE BREAST REDUCTION
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 16

This 34 year old man presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for Male Breast Reduction or Gynecomastia correction. The patient was unhappy with the fullness in his breasts and desired a flatter chest. Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had excess breast tissue and that his right breast was larger than his left.

To address the patient’s concerns, Dr. Agha performed a Gynecomastia correction surgery and Liposuction of his chest. He began the surgery by performing Liposuction of his chest, removing the excess fat from this area. A total of 450 ccs of fat were removed from each side, flattening his chest and decreasing the puffy appearance to his breasts. Then, small incisions were made through each of his areolae. Through these incisions, the breast gland under the nipple areolae were removed so that there would be no more fullness to the breasts. Dr. Agha not only corrected the gynecomastia (excess breast gland) but also the surrounding chest area with liposuction.

After his procedure, the patient had a much flatter chest. His Gynecomastia correction before and after photos were taken 6 months after his procedure and he was very happy with his results.
