You are visualizing the results of a face and neck lift in a 62 year old female.  During this surgery, Dr. Agha performed a deep plane face and neck lift as well as a corset platysmoplasty.  The latter is a procedure that tighten the muscle bands under the chin to create a crisper neckline.

Patient’s deep plane facelift after photos were taken at 9 months after her surgery.  At this stage, her incisions are well healed and almost invisible.
