INTERNAL BRA LIFT SURGERY
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 9
This out-of-state patient wished to undergo a breast lift revision after a prior standard anchor-incision breast lift back in the East Coast. Despite a previous breast lift, the patient had developed bottoming out of her breast tissue. Unfortunately this is common with a standard anchor0type breast lift. This is known as pseudoglandular ptosis. Also, her nipple areolae had rotated high on her breasts as a result of her breast tissue bottoming out.
During a 4-hour surgery, the patient underwent a breast lift redo with internal bra reconstruction. Dr. Agha recreated her incisions again and through the same incisions, performed breast reshaping, breast lift and skin removal.
Patient’s results are seen 2 years after her internal dermal-bra breast lift when she was back in CA.
