BREAST AUGMENTATION
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 59

This 23-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation with Silicone Implants. The patient was a cup size B but desired larger, fuller breasts. Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient’s breasts were symmetrical and well-shaped but lacked fullness and projection. Using the Mentor implant sizing system, the patient selected 350 cc Silicone implants for her augmentation.

Dr. Agha planned an inframammary approach with placement of the implants under the chest muscles.  This decision was made because placing the implants under the chest muscles decreases the risk of capsular contracture. It also provides a more natural breast contour, especially for those patients who have very little breast tissue or fat to begin with.

After her Breast Augmentation Surgery, the patient had much fuller, more projected breasts. Her breasts also had a more rounded, curvaceous shape that flattered her figure. The patient’s Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure and she was very happy with her results.
