BREAST AUGMENTATION
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 57

This 24 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Breast Augmentation procedure. The patient’s breasts were symmetrical, but she was a cup size B, and wanted to be a full D or a DD. During her consultation, the patient tried on different implant sizes and decided on 550 cc silicone implants.

Dr. Agha began the patient’s Breast Augmentation by creating incisions in the folds beneath the breasts, called the inframammary folds. The inframammary incision is a great incision for standard Breast Augmentations without a lift, as it gives the surgeon access to the pectoral muscle, so that he or she can create a pocket underneath the muscle for the implants. This allows the contours of the implants to blend more seamlessly into the patient’s body. The inframammary incision is also easily hidden below the fold of the patient’s breasts, creating a beautiful appearance to the breasts without any easily visible scarring.

After her procedure, the patient had the full breast size and round shape that she desired. Her Breast Augmentation before and after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure and she was extremely happy with her results.
