MOMMY MAKEOVER
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 29
This 32 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Tummy Tuck procedure as well as a Breast Augmentation with Lift. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal tissue laxity and excess following pregnancy. She was also unhappy with her breast size and asymmetry. She was a C-cup on the right and large B on the left.
Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had moderate breast ptosis, or breast sagging, and that her right breast was about 50 grams larger than the left. Also, the patient had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity, and she had fullness in her waist and flanks. Dr. Agha and the patient planned a Breast Augmentation and Lift and a Tummy Tuck for her. The patient tried on different implant sizers during her consultation and decided on 440 cc Natrelle round gel implants.
Dr. Agha began the patient’s Mommy Makeover procedure by performing a Anchor-incision Breast Lift. During this procedure, the patient’s breasts were lifted into a higher, more flattering position and the breast sagging was decreased. Once the breasts were positioned correctly, a Breast Augmentation was performed. Her implants were placed in a sub-muscular pocket within each breast.
Then, Dr. Agha performed Liposuction on the patient’s flanks, removing 700 cc of fat from these areas and decreasing the fullness in the waist areas. The Mommy Makeover procedure was completed with Dr. Agha’s signature High Definition Tummy Tuck. For this procedure, Dr. Agha uses a low-cut incision that is more easily hidden by a bikini or thong. During this procedure, the patient’s abdominal laxity and excess were corrected to give her a much flatter but still defined abdominal area.
The patient’s Mommy Makeover before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure and she had a much more lifted, youthful looking figure.
