MOMMY MAKEOVER
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 27
This 37 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction and Buttock Reshaping with fat transfer, and a Breast Lift and Augmentation. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal tissue laxity and excess following her pregnancies as well as her over all lack of an hour-glass look. She was also unhappy with her C-cup breast size and wanted to be larger and more uplifted. Finally, the patient also felt that her buttocks could be fuller and perkier.
Upon examination, Dr. Agha found that the patient had significant breast ptosis, and her breasts were slightly asymmetrical in terms of position with the left being smaller and higher than the right. She also had a significant degree of abdominal tissue excess and laxity with moderate abdominal muscle separation. Examination of the patient’s back was remarkable for midback roll of skin and fat, and significant fullness to her love-handles and lower back. This gave the patient’s butt a boxy look. The buttock cheeks also lacked a round shape.
As per patient’s requests, Dr. Agha performed a 360-degree Mommy Makeover with Liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift. First, Liposuction was performed to contour the patient’s body and remove areas of fullness. The patient’s back, love handles, arms, inner thighs, outer chest, and the axillary puffs were all Liposuctioned, and about 5,000 cc of fat were removed. The fat was then cleaned and processed, and Dr. Agha then performed a Buttock Reshaping with Fat Transfer. He added 800 cc of fat to each buttock cheek, adding fullness to the buttocks lower half to create a rounded shape.
To address the patient’s breasts, an anchor incision Breast Lift was performed. The patient’s breasts were elevated, and the sagging breast tissue was removed. Then, Natrelle smooth, round 520 cc implants were placed into each breast. Finally, the patient had a low cut High-Definition Tummy Tuck. The patient’s abdominal area was tightened and corrected, creating a much more flatting silhouette. Dr. Agha excised such a substantial amount of tissue that the patient’s abdominal stretch marks from pregnancy were completely removed while elevating the patient’s mons.
The patient’s Mommy Makeover before and after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure, and she was left with a beautiful, hour-glass look.
