COMBINED TUMMY TUCK AND BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT

This patient of 37 years of age presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a tummy tuck and pubic lift. The patient was just unhappy with her abdominal contour and rolls and sagging mons.

Dr. Agha noted that the patient had a moderate degree of abdominal tissue excess as well as separation of abdominal muscles. He thus performed his signature High-Definition Tummy Tuck on this patient with monsplasty. The patient was so pleased with her plastic surgery results that she returned at 2 years for Liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift.  This time, Dr. Agha liposuctioned the patient’s entire back and flanks to remove upper back and midback rolls and to sculpt the lower back to change the boxy-shape of her buttocks.  About 3,200 mls of fat was liposuctioned from her entire back to correct the whole back area in one session.  The fat was then processed and used for buttocks fat transfer.
