BREAST LIFT WITH AUGMENTATION

This 43-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for plastic surgery after weight-loss. The patient had lost 75 pounds after having gastric bypass surgery and was left with excess skin and sagging breasts. She was unhappy with her breast ptosis and the size of her breasts, and she wished to be a cup size D.

To achieve the more youthful, round breasts that the patient desired, Dr. Agha performed a Breast Lift surgery with the placement of silicone breast implants. He began the surgery by performing a wise pattern Breast Lift, which removed the excess skin and placed her nipples centrally on her breasts. Dr. Agha also decreased the size of the patient’s areolae so that they would be more flattering on the patient’s breasts. Then, he inserted her implants, which were Natrelle smooth, round implants that were each 425 cc. The breast implants provided a fuller, more rounded shape to the patient’s breasts and gave her the D cup size that she desired. The patient also had a Neck Lift, Arm Lift, Spiral Thigh Lift, and Tummy Tuck to remove the excess skin from her weight loss.

After these procedures, the patient looked remarkably younger, with a slimmer figure and tighter skin. The patient’s Breast Lift before and after photos were taken 4 months after her procedure, and the patient was extremely happy with her new breasts, as well as her new overall figure.
