BREAST LIFT WITH AUGMENTATION

This patient presented to Dr. Agha for a Breast Augmentation and Lift.  The patient was unhappy with her breast size and shape, and desired fuller, more rounded breasts.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had breast ptosis, or breast sagging. He also noticed that the patient’s areolae were low on her breasts and her breasts were V-shaped. 

To address these issues, Dr. Agha recommended a lollipop Breast Lift and Augmentation to the patient. However the patient wished to have less scarring on her breasts and instead elected to have a peri-areolar, or donut, breast lift. The patient chose 520 cc high profile silicone implants.

During her Breast Augmentation and Lift surgery, Dr. Agha placed 520 cc silicone implants in a submuscular plane through the areolar incision. He also made both breasts rounder in terms of shape and larger as per the patient’s desire. He finalized the procedure by raising the nipple areolae on both breasts.

The patient’s Breast Lift and Augmentation before and after photos were taken four months after her procedure, and she was extremely happy with her new breasts.
