Brazilian Butt Lift

This patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Tummy Tuck and a Brazilian Butt Lift. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal profile and also desired a modest augmentation of her buttocks to create a fuller and perkier buttock shape, while retaining its natural appearance.

During her Mommy Makeover surgery, Dr. Agha performed liposuction on the patient’s arms, back and flanks. He removed 1,600 cc of fat from these areas, contouring her body and removing any unflattering bulges of fat. Then, to give the patient a subtle and natural Brazilian Butt Lift, Dr. Agha transferred 300 cc of processed fat into each of the patient’s upper buttocks. This corrected the boxy appearance of the buttock cheeks, and created a more rounded shape. He also transferred fat to the lower buttock cheeks to fill out some of the creases and dimples in the patient’s skin.

The patient’s Buttock Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure and she was very happy with the results.
