Brazilian Butt Lift

This 32 year old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a Brazilian Butt Lift and Liposuction. Although the patient was happy with her buttock size, she did not like how her buttocks looked flat from the side profile. The patient desired a rounder, lifted buttocks with increased projection.

Upon examination, Dr. Agha noted that the patient had areas of excess fat on her abdomen, flanks, saddlebags, and lower back and love handles. The patient’s buttocks also appeared flat centrally.

To contour the patient’s body, Dr. Agha performed Liposuction on her abdomen, love handles, lower back, sacrum, and outer thighs, removing 5,200 cc of fat. Then, he placed 550 cc of cleaned and processed fat cells into each of the patient’s buttocks, targeting the fat into the center of each buttock cheek to create the round buttock shape that the patient desired. As a result, the patient had less fullness in her abdomen and back and thighs, and she achieved a more rounded, uplifted buttocks. This is 3D sculpting.

The patient’s Brazilian Butt Lift before and after photos were taken 5 months after her procedure, and the patient was ecstatic about her results and her new shape.
