BUTTOCKS AUGMENTATION WITH BUTT IMPLANTS

Lower Back Liposuction, Lower Butt Fat Transfer, Buttock Implant Placement
A Brazilian butt lift or buttock fat transfer is a clever surgical procedure for many patients who wish to augment their buttocks. Not only the buttock region can be enhanced but also the surrounding areas around the buttocks can be sculpted and trimmed down. Thus, overall results are often more resounding. Unfortunately, when a patient does not have much fat, they either are faced with gaining a substantial weight or to have buttock implants. Our 47 year-old patient here, wished to have buttock implants with a moderate size round silicone implant. Dr. Agha also recommended to her to have her lower back and flanks liposuctioned so that the whole back view, meaning the back and buttocks, can be enhanced uniformly. During her surgery, she not only received liposuction of these areas, but also 120 g of fat was injected into her lower butt prior to placing her butt implants.
Patient’s post operative pictures were taken at about 12 weeks after her surgery when most of her swelling had subsided. As can be noted, she now has a beautiful and round buttocks that not only compliment her physique well but also add curves and dimension to her beautiful body.
