BREAST LIFT WITH AUGMENTATION

This patient in her late fifties presented to Dr. Agha for a breast lift procedure. The patient had quite large breasts, and wore a size D cup bra. She also had breast asymmetry with the left breast being larger and lower than the right side.   The patient desired to have an “augmented look”. 

To lift the patient’s breasts, give them a perky round shape, and make them symmetrical, Dr. Agha performed a Breast Lift and Reduction.  To create an ‘augmented look”, he also performed a Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Dr. Agha lifted the patient’s breasts and removed the excess skin and breast tissue, removing more tissues from the left breast to make them symmetrical. He then inserted 560 cc silicone implants under the patient’s chest muscle to fill out the deflated skin and form a nice rounded shape to the breasts. Her resulting breasts were much more youthful and attractive.

She was able to maintain her large breast size and achieve her desired “augmented look.” The patient’s Breast Lift and Augmentation before and after photos were taken 6 months after her procedure, and she was incredibly happy with her new breasts.
