This patient, a woman in her early fifties, came to Dr. Siamak Agha dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen. Upon evaluation, we found a moderate separation of her abdominal muscles, combined with excess skin in the lower abdomen and sagging in the pubic region.

She underwent Dr. Agha’s signature low-cut, high-definition tummy tuck with a monsplasty. This procedure sculpts the abdomen into a more hourglass shape by accentuating the rectus abdominis and creating natural contours and definitions. The belly button was also repositioned to a more aesthetic, vertical orientation.
