INTERNAL BRA BREAST LIFT SURGERY
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 74
This 45-year-old patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for plastic surgery after weight loss. The patient had lost 110 pounds and had significant skin laxity. The patient received a Total Body Lift to remove the excess skin throughout her body. Part of her total body lift operation addressed her arms, outer chest, and her breasts. Due to her dramatic weight loss, the patient’s breasts were deflated, and the remaining skin was left sagging. The patient also had arm skin laxity and excess skin of the outer chest.
To lift the patients breasts and give them a fuller and youthful shape, Dr. Agha performed a Internal Dermal Bra Breast Lift. He began the operation by removing the excess skin from the patient’s breasts through an anchor-type incision. He then lifted the breast tissue, recreated a breast mound from it and secured the breast mound and a higher position to the chest. In this manner, he was able to create much perkier breasts with centered and proportional areolae.
The patient’s final breasts were full and lifted, with a lovely perky shape. The patient’s Breast Lift before and after photos were taken 12 months after her procedure, and the patient was extremely happy with her new breasts.
