BREAST LIFT SURGERY

This 48 year old woman was referred to Dr. Agha for a breast lift redo. Unhappy with the breast sagging that had developed several years after an anchor-type breast lift, she was found to have sagging of the breast tissue and bottoming out of her breasts. This is known as pseudoglandular ptosis. The patient also had large, stretched out areolae. She wished to be smaller and perkier and thus underwent Dr. Agha’s signature internal dermal bra breast lift with slight reduction. Post-operative photos were taken at 9 months after her dermal bra-suspension breast lift surgery. Her breasts are not only smaller and more proportionate to her body frame, but also rounder, more symmetrical and naturally uplifted.
