DERMAL BRA SUSPENSION BREAST LIFT
The dermal bra suspension breast lift technique was developed by Drs. Siamak Agha and Peter Rubin in 2005 and have been documented in several plastic surgery textbooks. The technique uses an anchor-type incision to remove all the excess breast skin. The breast tissue is then molded into a breast mound while an internal bra is created and shaped, using internal suturing techniques. The breast mound is then sutured to the rib cage at a desired lifted location while the breast skin is draped over the lifted breast mound. The dermal bra suspension breast lift is the most comprehensive breast lift method and typically can take about 3-4 hours to complete.
BREAST REDUCTION AND LIFT
There are several types of breast reduction techniques such as the scarless breast reduction, vertical incision breast reduction, or Anchor incision breast reduction techniques. Although the breast reduction part of most of these techniques is the same, it is the lift that defines each one of these procedures. The dermal bra suspension breast lift is one of the most comprehensive breast lift techniques available, resulting in breasts that are round, perky, and still natural looking.

First I would like to say I am completely overly satisfied with this amazing surgeon, I had a breast augmentation 375cc, and wow they look so real, that most people have no idea I got surgery, also you can barely see my scars, and no bruising at all. What I liked the most about Dr. Agha was that he made sure i was well taken care of, and even took over his time to perfect his job. Honestly Im so happy I did my research and found him, I wouldn’t change anything,and I also the staff was great, super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. After a year of researching for a good plastic surgeon, I finally found Dr. Agha. Dr. Agha is the best. He is so experienced and famous for the magic he does. His office is very warm and his staff are amazingly kind. He also gives the best after care to his patients. He is so cautious that he does everything to make sure his patients have the best recovery. I loved how he explained every little detail to me with such patience.
