This patient presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a facelift and neck lift after significant weight loss.

Although in her late forties, the patient had significant neck laxity with loose skin and banding. She also had lost volume from her face and had moderate jowling.

Dr. Agha performed a cheek lift to reposition her cheeks at a higher level, a face lift to tighten her facial muscles and correct for her jowls, and comprehensive neck lift with neck muscle tightening.  He also transferred fat into her cheeks to make them plumper and fuller.
